That fateful day left an indelible mark in our collective memory; many innocent lives were taken away from us in a most harrowing and unjust manner while they peacefully protested against police brutality and demanded change.

The 20th of October will forever be remembered as it serves as reminder that reform is needed within society if we are to value and protect its citizens alike. 

Our hearts reach out to those affected who still grieve today; may the departed souls find eternal peace & let justice prevail! Our remembrance must go beyond memorializing these fallen heroes: We owe them truth-seeking action towards holding accountable those responsible for such atrocities so this never happens again . 

As we honor their memory ,let's reaffirm our commitment towards creating an inclusive , just ,and equitable society where everyone can thrive safely without fear or injustice . A call to action, a reminder that our voices are strong and should never be silenced in the face of injustice. May we honour the innocent lives lost during the Lekki Massacre by working towards justice for them and their families; remembering their courage forevermore.
